Q

Can we decorate our booth?

A

Yes. We can also suggest a design or provide a package with a fixed design if you would like.

Q

Can we borrow equipment such as desks?

A

Yes. We can provide a list of equipment that can be borrowed, and may be able to arrange items that are not in the list.

Q

How are the positions of booths decided?

A

Our office decides the positions based on how many sections you will use, when you registered and the category of your booth.

Q

Can we send items to the venue in advance?

A

Yes. You will need to arrange for someone to receive it, as our office is unable to do this. While any delivery service can be used, we recommend using Yamato Transport, as they have a pickup area at INTEX OSAKA where the event will be held.

Q

Can we do promotional activities about our attendance before the event?

A

Yes. Feel free to use the promotional tools we have created, such as website banners.

Q

How much information about our company can we put on the pages on the event website?

A

There are two pages: one for company information and one for the services or products your exhibit will be promoting. You can also include elements such as descriptions, images (up to 3, TBD) and videos.

Q

Can we give out food at our booth?

A

Yes. You only need to submit an application in advance if you will be cooking, etc. at the venue or hygiene considerations are needed (for example, if you are providing raw food, you will need to submit an application to the public health center.)

Q

Can we sell products at our booth?

A

Yes. You may need to apply for a sales permit depending on your situation.

Q

Are mascot costumes permitted?

A

Yes. Your mascot cannot perform on the way from the venue’s changing area to your booth section or between stages.
Another member of your team must accompany your mascot when moving between areas.
If you receive a request such as taking photos or videos with your mascot, your mascot must return to your section before fulfilling the request.

Q

Are there booths for business talks?

A

Yes. A charge applies for the use of these; please speak to our exhibition office in advance.

Q

Will we need to follow any restrictions related to COVID-19?

A

Attendees with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher will not be permitted to enter the venue.
We also ask that you regularly sanitize your booth and collect the details of all parties involved for contact tracing purposes.
